Comments
Willing to give a talk? Bringing something with? Mention it, or any other comment here.
We'll have some 5 minute "lightning" talks on your favourite Ubuntu-related topic. Volunteer, or be chosen!
Morgan will give a talk on something.
Trevor will be bringing his laptop - currently has Gutsy 7.10 on it and has Windows Vista Home. In a moment of pure Nirvana he will be ceremoniously extinguishing the Windows Partition and creating a nice new Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex install in its place! Hey if you want to dual boot you can hardly beat dual booting Gutsy and Intrepid!!!!! Trevor has finally managed to have no use for the Windows Vista as he has got Mapsource and GSAK and other GPS software working under WINE!!!!!
Trevor will also bring some blank DVDs and CDs and a 6 pack of Jack Black Lager
Tim will be bringing some Hansa Marzen and is happy to talk about the recent demise of his XP Partition, (unceremoniously removed one dark night) and the consequences.
